1. What do I get by signing up for a Horos Cloud account?

Horos Cloud extends the functionality of your local Horos software by integrating a suite of services available through the Cloud. Currently, these services include reporting with personalized templates and the ability to share studies with a click of a button. Stay tuned for further news from the Horos development team!

With Horos Reporting, you can create and save personalized reporting templates and send reports directly from your Horos workstation. You can also share studies easily and securely directly from Horos. 

 

2. How much does Horos Cloud cost?

Creating a Horos Cloud account is free, and provides access to a range of reporting plans.

Horos Reporting with study sharing: Select between a monthly or annual subscription starting at $1.25 per month.

To select any of these plans, sign in to your Horos Cloud account and go to Manage Subscriptions under your account profile in the top right corner of the Horos Cloud homepage.

 

3. What happens if I cancel my Horos Reporting subscription?

Upon canceling your subscription, you will not be able to create new reports or edit your saved templates. You will be able to view existing reports in a read-only format for some period of time, but we do not guarantee that your reports will be stored and available if you do not have an active subscription. You can regain editing access to your reports and templates by resubscribing.

 

4. I don’t have a credit card. Do you accept other payment methods?

At this time, we only accept credit card payments. If you do not have a credit card, please reach out to support@horosproject.org as special exceptions may apply.

 

5. My payment failed! How can I avoid my subscription being canceled?

As a precaution to ensure that your credit card has not been stolen, your subscription will be canceled after 3 failed attempts to enter your credit card information within the span of 1 week. To ensure that your subscription does not remain canceled, you will have to go in and change your payment information.

 

6. I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email support@horosproject.org with any bugs you would like to report. We will assess them and add them to our development pipeline if appropriate.
